When you’re going away, there’s so much to organise and remember! So here’s a quick check list of items and information to bring with you to your chosen kennels or cattery:

  • up-to-date vaccination card (for the annual booster and kennel cough for dogs)
  • preferred comfort blanket or toy
  • preferred food treats
  • confirmation of any long-term illness or allergies
  • any current prescribed medicine with full dosage instructions
  • confirmation of any specific dietary requirements
  • the name and contact details of your current veterinary surgeon
  • contact details for yourself or a designated family member/friend
  • lead and collar – it would be a great help if your pet’s collar has a name tag

Lodge Farm boarding kennels offers your dog plenty of individual care and attention within an enriching rural environment.
